Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy
At Al-Ghazali, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our relationship with you. We are committed to providing a refined and secure shopping experience across our stores and branches.
Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before entering the shipping stage by contacting our Customer Service team.
If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return.
Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days for full-priced items and within 7 days for discounted items from the date of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, with original brand tags attached, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging and invoice.
Customized products or items with tampered packaging cannot be returned.
Only products with manufacturing defects are eligible for return. Damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or alterations are not covered.
Return service is free of charge.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product to confirm compliance with the return policy.
For card payments, refunds will be made to the same card used for purchase.
If the order was subject to a discount or promotion, the refunded amount will be adjusted according to the terms of the offer.
Exchanges
Products may be exchanged at Al-Ghazali branches within 30 days for full-priced items and within 7 days for discounted items.
Online exchanges are not available. However, products may be returned and a new order placed for the desired item, subject to stock availability.
