Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

At Al-Ghazali, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our relationship with you. We are committed to providing a refined and secure shopping experience across our stores and branches.

Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before entering the shipping stage by contacting our Customer Service team.

• If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return.

Returns

• Products may be returned within 30 days for full-priced items and within 7 days for discounted items from the date of receipt.

• Returned items must be unused, with original brand tags attached, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging and invoice.

• Customized products or items with tampered packaging cannot be returned.

• Only products with manufacturing defects are eligible for return. Damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or alterations are not covered.

• Return service is free of charge.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product to confirm compliance with the return policy.

• For card payments, refunds will be made to the same card used for purchase.

• If the order was subject to a discount or promotion, the refunded amount will be adjusted according to the terms of the offer.

Exchanges

• Products may be exchanged at Al-Ghazali branches within 30 days for full-priced items and within 7 days for discounted items.

• Online exchanges are not available. However, products may be returned and a new order placed for the desired item, subject to stock availability.
